The future of our Earth depends on choices,

we need to choose before it’s all too late,

our rulers need to heed the people’s voices,

and act – not call another loud debate.

You want your children’s children to see sunshine,

there’s two ways: one is easy - one is right,

rise up and join your brothers on the front line,

choose what will save the future, stand and fight.

Too many are addicted to the dollar,

they choose to turn a blind eye to the truth,

we need to cut the leash and loose the collar,

not bow to greed and disregard the proof.

The corporations have us in their gun sight,

they choose to buy us off and keep us mum,

with not a thought for tidal waves and sunlight,

or drought and floods – a sign of things to come.

Refuse to still your voice and live in sorrow,

speak out against our Mother Nature’s foes,

remember that the children of tomorrow

will think of you depending how you chose.
