The third world
lacks food to eat
my shorts fall
down
by the lazy river
Phoenix is now a
pile of ash
trays stink to
high heaven
knows where the
years go
forth and multiply
seven by seven
deadly sins
of the Father
knows Best
we leave that
alone
again, naturally.
I'd go down on my
knees
up Mother Brown
girl in the ring
to rule them all
you pretty things
will come out in
the wash
my sins away
in a manger no
crib for a bed
sores mar my
beauty
is only skin deep
as a wishing well
enough alone
again, naturally.
If only pigs could
fly
like angels do
the walk of life
is what you make
it
through the night
has a thousand
eyes
of Texas are upon
you
never know what
you're gonna get
your act together
we can change the
world
needs now is love
and love alone
again, naturally.
