A fantasy, a myth, a creature of some long-forgotten lore,

A horned beast of legend standing on some mystic, elfin shore,

Besting troll and dragon flame, the forest Paladin,

Fabled friend of nymph and imp and fairy world within.

Flashing screens and devil's box today weave magic's art,

Children need no pixie's silver horse to stir their heart,

He waits in misty memory for faith to be reborn,

When men will once again revere the name of Unicorn!
